What data this website processes

When you send the contact form or request your free assessment, we collect the details you enter: name, company, email or phone number, website (if you give one), the service you are interested in and your message. These details are sent to us by email at iago@zyborai.com through Resend, an email delivery provider acting as data processor. The website does not store them in any database.

If at any time direct sending is unavailable, the form opens a pre-filled message in your own email program, and it is you who decides whether to send it.

The site's fonts, images and videos are served from our own server: browsing these pages does not connect your browser to third-party servers. The interactive demos load from demo.zyborai.com, which is also ours.

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies (see thecookie policy).

Data processed by Zybor clients' AI assistants

This policy covers the corporate website. Each AI assistant that Zybor operates for a client has its own processing terms: records kept for 90 days by default, a visible AI notice, and a purpose limited to answering, qualifying and routing enquiries. If you use a particular assistant, the applicable information is the one that assistant or its operator gives you.

Purpose, legal basis and retention

We use the data you send us (by email, phone, WhatsApp or the form) to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and our legitimate interest in responding to those who contact us. We keep this data for as long as the commercial conversation lasts and for no more than 12 months after the last contact if we do not end up working together; if we do, for the duration of the relationship and the statutory retention periods (for example, for tax purposes).

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We use technology providers that act as data processors with the safeguards required by the GDPR (RGPD): Google Workspace email, Resend for sending the forms and Cloudflare for hosting this site. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case they do so under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to iago@zyborai.com. If you believe we have not dealt with your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD (aepd.es).

Commercial communications

We do not send commercial communications by email or messaging to anyone who has not requested them.
